Not feeling well for a week, i booked a 90 min Royal Thai massage to relax on my trip to Berlin. I've got a voucher for my Birthday purchased directly at the spa and I had really hight expectations about the place. I booked online using the voucher code and got a 1. I immidietely received a confirmation email with the voucher code on it. When I got there, they asked if I got an appointment, I said yes, they checked and then asked me in.
They did not ask for the voucher at any point. The massage was good, very realaxig, but the facial treatment was quite poor in my opinion. First they massaged my face with a scrubbing lotion it smelled really nice at least which took about 2 minutes, and then cleaned my face with wet touwels for another 28 minutes. For the price I was expecting a little bit more honestly. After the massage, they offer a nice tea and they asked me to paid.
I explained that I booked with a vouvher the code was in their confirmation email and sice I did not carry the voucher with me, I had to paid until I show the voucher phisically.
After a relaxing session, having to paid EUROS for a B-tdhay present start to trouble your relaxed stage, but well, I understand they might go throguh some kind of fraud issues and I paid. That same day I send and email with the vouvher and the requested information, but did not received any reply. I am NOT happy anymore. I got a nice present from my friend who wanted me to relax and then everything is wrong. When they finnaly reply to the email, they mentioned they will retunr the money in 3 days, 6 days after my massage happened.
If you have fraud problems, don't ruin your customer experience, be professional. Dear Carlota, we regret that you are so disappointed but can not share your criticism.
