Had a terrible back painand came after recommendation from trip advisor to Carmen's hands. I feel My friends and I are driving south from Charleston, SC to Costa Rica and usually get a massage after a long drive wherever we stay. The facilities at the Elisa Spa are the cleanest and most comfortable we've seen. Antonia is currently the massage therapist there. We elected a Swedish massage though many other modalities are available. Antonia has firm hands, is very thorough, and very professional.

The therapist Tonita was very professional and gave a very good massage. After the 13 hour bus ride from Puerto Escondido it was heaven on earth. We decided to spend two nights with the cozy, affordable loft-suite they offered. A very tasty breakfast menu is available for breakfast. Its located in a quieter area with neat little cafes, a bookstore and other shops near it.
The cities downtown is just a few blocks to walk to. We ended our visit with a most relaxing massage by Carmen. If we travel to San Cristobal again, we would select Elisas in a heartbeat. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy Mexican hospitality at its finest. You wont be disappointed and will mark it as the highlight of your holiday. Mucho Gracias!
